About Us

Brian Platon set up Brian’s Pet Butler Services in 2013 to cater for all of your pet care needs. Back then we offered everything from Pet visits and Holiday cover to Dog walks and training. Over the years we have had to adapt our services and now focus mainly on dog walking and training.

Puppy Classes

Our puppy training classes and dog training sessions are meticulously designed to foster obedience and good behaviour while making learning enjoyable for both you and your pup. We place a special focus on loose lead walking, ensuring that your puppy learns to walk calmly and comfortably on a lead. Our classes are structured around fun and games, utilizing non-aversive techniques that encourage positive reinforcement. Dog Training

For dogs that prefer or require individual attention, as well as multi dog households, our solo walks ensure they receive the exercise and stimulation they need in a one-to-one setting. Do you have insurance in case something happens to my dog?

Yes, we have public liability insurance that covers any potential injuries or damages caused by or to your dog while in our care.

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

We walk a maximum of six dogs at any one time , ensuring that each dog receives proper attention and that the group is manageable for safe walking.

What do you bring with you on dog walks?

We bring a secure lead, waste bags, water, a first aid kit, and treats or toys to make sure your dog has a safe and enjoyable walk

How do you keep the dogs safe during walks?

We carefully select compatible dogs for group walks, keep them on secure leads, and always ensure they are under full control to prevent any incidents.

Are you able to walk dogs off lead?

To be able to walk you dog or dogs off lead I will need to make an assessment of their recall and general behaviour, I will also need a disclaimer signed before hand.

How long does each dog training session last?

Training sessions last between 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your and your dog's specific needs and learning pace.

Can you help my dog stop pulling on the lead?

Yes, we specialise in lead training and use positive reinforcement techniques to teach your dog to walk calmly by your side.

Do you offer private training sessions or only group classes?

We offer both private one - on - one sessions and group classes, so you can choose the option that best suits you and your dog’s personality and training needs
